Terms of Service

Introduction: This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use The Boat Guys website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Site.

Services Offered: The Site offers the rental of boats for recreational use on Lake Ray Hubbard and surrounding areas. All rentals are non-refundable once booked.

Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your boat rental, the deposit will be returned upon successful completion of the rental, provided there is no damage or missing equipment.

Damage: The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the boat or equipment during the rental period. Any damages or missing equipment will be deducted from the deposit, and additional costs may be charged if the damage exceeds the deposit amount. The Boat Guys is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings during the rental period.

Availability: Boats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. The Boat Guys does not guarantee the availability of any specific boat at the time of booking.

Prohibited Activities: RENTERS MAY NOT: Operate the boat while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Exceed the maximum occupancy limit of the rented boat. Tow watercraft, tubes, or other objects unless authorized in the rental agreement. Leave the designated boating area without prior approval. Engage in reckless boating behaviors that endanger passengers, other boaters, or wildlife.

Termination: The Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Site at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Cancellations & Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental. Cancellations due to severe weather conditions (as determined by The Boat Guys) may be rescheduled or refunded at the company’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability: The Boat Guys shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site or rental services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Modification of Terms: The Boat Guys may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. It is the renter’s responsibility to review these terms before each rental.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in Rockwall County, Texas.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Site.

LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES: This site may contain links to other websites that are owned and operated by third parties ("External Sites"). You acknowledge that The Boat Guys is not responsible for the availability or content of any External Site. If you have concerns regarding any linked site, please contact the administrator of that site.

By accessing or using The Boat Guys Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
